**The Opportunity**

To provide value added insights and commercial support that lead to optimal business decisions. Business partner with the operations and property team to provide commercial support, forecasting and budgeting. Build and maintain reports to track key performance indicators and provide support to enable achievement of KPI’s. **Your day-to-day**

No two days are the same; this role is diverse, with depth and breadth to cement your career, now and into the future. Areas of core responsibility include, but are not limited to:

- Provide support and direction for the commercial analysts, in managing workloads and technical support
- Build out reporting that tracks spend against budget at a detailed level. Report and present variances to the business functions
- Assist the business leaders to achieve financial targets
- Assist in the development of the property strategy whilst managing and coordinate the property submissions into the group forecasting and budgeting process
- Prepare business cases for initiatives and present to senior management
- Produce documentation of results and findings, interpret and present back to the business, including to executive management
- Creating efficiencies in reporting methodologies
- Ad hoc projects as required

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and experiences:

- 4+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Undergraduate qualifications in finance, business or a related discipline
- Membership or studying towards CPA, CA or CIMA.
- Previous leadership experience managing a team, whilst being an effect communicator.
- High attention to detai with strong problem solving skills
- Prior experience in extracting, integrating, manipulating and displaying data from various systems using automation where possible
- Power BI experience highly desirable.
- Hold, or be willing to obtain, a valid working with children check
