**Key** **Responsibilities**:
Genutive Global Services is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Management Trainer to join our team and contribute to the professional development of our employees. As a Business Management Trainer, you will play a key role in enhancing the skills and knowledge of our staff, ultimately driving organizational success.

**Position: Business Management Trainer**

**Location**: WA

**Responsibilities**:
1. **Training Delivery**:

- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs focused on business management principles, leadership, and strategic planning.
- Conduct workshops, seminars, and training sessions to address the specific needs of different departments within the organization.

2. **Curriculum Development**:

- Develop case studies, simulations, and interactive exercises to enhance the learning experience.

3. **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
- Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery methods.

4. **Individual Development Plans**:

- Work with employees to create individualized development plans, identifying areas for improvement and growth in alignment with organizational goals.

5. **Stay Informed**:

- Stay current with industry trends, business management practices, and emerging technologies to incorporate relevant information into training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Business Management Trainer or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of business management principles, leadership, strategic planning, and organizational development.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to tailor training programs to meet the diverse needs of participants.
