Duty Manager

About the role:
Located in Picton NSW, and reporting directly to the licensee, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and running of this busy venue. This role is a management position that will requireyou to be involved in staff training/leading, stock control, financial reconciliation and driving trade.

Please note, we are not seeking someone to sit in an office. While some aspects of this role willrequire you to be in the office, we are primarily seeking someone who will be on the floor, leading theteam and creating positive and genuine interactions and experiences for our patrons.

About You:

- Mature-minded, driven and honest individual.
- Able to confidently train and lead a team.
- Passion for guest interaction and providing a positive and memorable experience for every Patron.
- great ‘people person’ who can influence a positive culture within their team
- Knowledge of, and interest in, all things gaming. TAB/gaming experience Preferred.
- Able to work full-time, shift-work hours. Late night and weekend availability are a must.
- You have a genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
- Financial acumen and proficiency in MS office suite is desirable.
- Basic knowledge of industry regulations.
- RSA/RCG required. You will also be required to complete your TAB basics/AML.
- Previous management experience will be favourably looked upon, however those with ample hospitality experience looking to take the next step in their career are encouraged to apply.

- This role will be a casual position with a competitive hourly rate, It will lead to a Full-time,
permanent position once the casual probationary period ends.
