**About the role**

We are looking for a **Specialist - Cloud Operations**, with relevant engineering disciplines across Direct to Cloud, automation, native solution and integration in Azure and AWS Cloud Environments.

Reporting to the **Manager, Cloud Operations**, and working in an exciting and collaborative environment within the **Cloud Centre of Excellence**, you will:

- Guide the team through our Cloud Operations build.
- Develop framework for reviewing, onboarding and delivering Cloud Operations led projects.
- Provide specialist guidance to our multi-support partner approach.
- Develop process/procedure/methods in relation to Cloud technology.
- Champion a mindset change in Cloud Operations impacting our standards and process improvements.

**What you’ll bring**
- A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team
- Bachelor’s degree qualification (Telecommunications/Engineering, IT/Data Networks) or equivalent experience.
- Certified in Microsoft Azure and AWS.
- Effective communication and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL principles and processes and system engineering.
