Deckhand

**Job description**:
We currently have a vacancy for a temporary Deckhand to carry out marine crew duties and provide support services to our Client based in Invergordon, Ross-shire.
- Man, operate and assist maintenance of all marine crafts
- Being capable of returning the marine craft to safe haven
- Mooring - to tie up, provide services and let go vessels
- Maintain Client's premises, facilities and equipment including but not limited to general ground maintenance, painting, litter picking and any other general maintenance duties as required
- Carry out general marine duties (including but not limited to debris recovery, oil spill response and general launch maintenance)
- Carry out any other duties which may be required from time to time in order to meet the needs of the business
- Work part of the on-call rota system
- Comply with good working and safety practices
- Comply with the Health and Safety Policy at all times
- Adhere to the Quality Standards

**Requirements**:

- First Aid certificate
- ENG 1 or an ML5 seafarer medical fitness certificate
- Previous deckhand/ boat/ offshore experience preferred
