Scribes - Casual

**The Role**

Seeking Scribes for a casual position to perform in person minute taking, referee reports, and more for this government organisation.
- Provide in-person* minute taking and professional scribing services to the Evaluation Panel for the duration of each Assessment Centre/interview booking.
- Conduct Referee Reports, either over the phone or in-writing
- Capture minutes of discussions/deliberations in Evaluation Committee meetings/moderations.
- Prepare draft Delegate Report for review and acceptance by Evaluation Committee members, and provide amendments as required to submit a final Delegate Report.
- Other related administrative support activities as directed.

The Scribe will provide essential administrative and logístical support operations and investigations. You will be responsible for accurately documenting, transcribing, and organizing information gathered during operations, interviews, and various law enforcement activities. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure will be instrumental in assisting our officers in their critical work.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a scribe.
- Ability to deliver.
- Technical skills.
- Ability to be flexible.
