**About the role**:
We have an exciting leadership opportunity for an Operations Manager to lead our Selleys site in Padstow NSW. Managing a wider team of 120 people, you’ll focus on driving performance across all areas including safety & sustainability, quality, production, maintenance, and logistics.

You’ll be engaging, mentoring and empowering your team to work cohesively and will ensure they achieve results by giving them a clear vision of business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Focusing and inspiring your team on how we can deliver ongoing benefit to the Selleys business
- Supporting team activities to improve output, quality and safety performance
- Monitoring and improving performance by providing structure, direction and KPI's on relevant measures
- Managing operational costs and budgets to ensure value and benefit to the business
- Initiating, designing and implementing initiatives that step-change the performance of the Selleys business
- Driving a Continuous Improvement agenda using LEAN principles

**Skills & Experience**:

- Demonstrated experience leading a large scale operation through periods of change and growth
- Ability to lead, motivate, influence, persuade and develop people. Co-create solutions with whole site team.
- Strategically minded; Develop and lead the implementation of strategies that will deliver a high performing workplace with strong manufacturing fundamentals
