**Job description**:
**2XM Recruit** is currently seeking a highly skilled
**Foreman with expertise in Concrete Structures** for a position in
_West Melbourne_. As a qualified trades-person, you should have a strong background in form-work, reinforcement, and concrete construction. This includes actively engaging with clients throughout the project life cycle, ensuring successful project delivery upon completion.
**Requirements & Skills**:

- Proficient in all areas of form-work, reinforcement, and concrete construction
- Effective in providing clear instructions to a diverse workforce, including employees and subcontractors with varying skill levels
- Capable of being a valuable team member and demonstrating leadership qualities
- Skilled in accurately interpreting various construction plans
- Takes ownership of assigned tasks, possesses a strong work ethic, and takes pride in delivering completed projects
- Able to schedule inspections and forecast project time lines
- Depending on the project, may need to be hands-on and provide guidance to the assigned on-site team
- Experienced in operating relevant machinery, tools, and ensuring their proper maintenance
- Thorough understanding and adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) procedures in accordance with industry standards
- Supervises subcontractors to ensure their fulfilment of roles and responsibilities, monitors their daily performance in terms of safety, quality, and schedule, and reports any deficiencies to the Project Manager
- Previous experience managing structural concrete projects valued over $3 Million
- Responsible for managing cost control in specific project aspects as directed by the Project Manager to meet performance targets within the allocated budget
- Holds a General Safety Awareness Card (Red/White Card)
- Possesses a valid driver's license.

**Required licenses**:

- OHS induction certification
- Valid driver's license
