**Permanent Part Time Opportunity**

**About the Role**

An opportunity is available for a Stores & Supply Officer to join the team at Caboolture Private Hospital. In this role you will be joining our busy Stores and Supply team providing effective management and distribution of stock throughout the operating theatre department and ward.

You will be working in an extremely busy environment and must be willing to work as part of a team and within WH&S and Infection Control guidelines.

**Duties Include**:

- Picking and packing of stock.
- Delivering of stock to theatres and ward (storeroom)
- Receipting Deliveries
- Scanning / Ordering stock to replenish to set levels (through SAP)
- Data entry
- Backorder follow-ups

**About You**

You will be a highly organised and process focused individual with previous experience in a Supply department to enable you to succeed in this role. Current PPT/Casual employment within another local Ramsay Hospital Stores department would be highly favourable. Working between the 2 stores departments can be negotiated. Crucial to this role will be a high level of accuracy and time management skills with a strong team focus. An intermediate level of computer literacy/knowledge is required for this role. Working knowledge of SAP or other ERP system is highly regarded.

**You will also bring**:

- Demonstrated experience in a supply position (medical stock experience will be highly regarded).
- Good interpersonal skills with a customer service focus.
- Available to work between 7am till 5pm (Monday-Friday) Hours & days negotiable.
- Experience with stock controlling computer systems (particularly SAP) will be well regarded.

Caboolture Private Hospital, owned and operated by Ramsay Health Care, is a fully accredited surgical and medical hospital situated in the outer Northern reaches of Brisbane - at the southern end of the beautiful Sunshine Coast.

We offer 43 beds, 3 fully equipped operating theatres, a 12 chair Day Procedure Unit and a comfortable day oncology unit. The Hospital is collocated with Caboolture Public Hospital.
