- About the Role- Provides technical expertise in identifying, scoping and delivering ongoing business improvement opportunities.- Communicates narratives about the problem or idea at hand, using visual representations to engage and motivate the audience.
- Assesses change impacts to prepare integrated change management plans, manages change readiness and resistance, and upskills leaders and impacted stakeholders in the adoption and successful delivery of the change.
- Identifies, engages and manages a range of diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Conducts presentations and facilitates workshops using storytelling to connect, influence and engage the audience.
- Identifies, implements and evaluates the success of continuous improvement activities/initiatives to improve the safety, effectiveness and efficiency of BHP systems and processes.
- Applies an understanding of the business context, BHP operating model and ways of working to enhance decision making, productivity and value chain performance.
- Engages the capabilities of the entire organisation.
- Strives to achieve 100% safety, 100% customer value and 0% waste.
- Knows our customer and is obsessed with meeting their needs.
- About You- We are looking for individuals that possess business knowledge, project management experience, demonstrate an excellent eye for detail on a day-to-day basis, who are innovative with a bias to action, can work to remove roadblocks, effectively influence others across all levels.- Previous Experience working in a BOS Deployment will be looked upon favorably
- Ability to use the Microsoft Office packages (Word, Power Point, Excel, One Note, Share Point) as well as Powerapps forms and Microsoft Stream
- Confidence to network effectively across BHP to deliver work outcomes
- Excellent written and verbal skills with demonstrated ability to synthesise complex information for technical and business audiences
- Strong ability to coordinate multiple stakeholder groups to collect quantitative and qualitative information
- Knowledge of business operations, processes and functions
