**Description**:
If you enjoy working in the hospitality industry and want to advance your career, we have an exciting full-time position available at Gage Roads Fremantle for a hospitality supervisor. As a supervisor you will oversee the daily operations of the venue. You will be responsible for ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable experience, that staff are well-trained and motivated, and that the business meets its financial and quality goals. A hospitality supervisor is responsible for a wide range of tasks, these may include managing and coordinating food and beverage operations, training staff, handling customer complaints, enforcing health and safety standards, enforcing RSA. **Skills and Experiences**:

- Experience in the hospitality industry, in a supervisory or managerial role is essential
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills as well as strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills are a must.
- knowledge of hospitality operations, standards, and best practices is needed.
- The ability to work under pressure, multitask, and handle customer requests as well as proficiency in point-of-sale systems are required.
- Flexibility to work on different shifts, weekends and holidays is necessary.
