Work & Training together with our valued Host business, Degree C, are pleased to offer this exciting full-time Business Traineeship opportunity.

**What can you gain from completing a traineeship through Work & Training?**
- You would be employed by Work & Training - the largest employer of Apprentices and Trainees in Tasmania, and hosted for the duration of your traineeship.
- You would receive professional guidance from your immediate supervisors, as well as mentoring and support from a Work & Training consultant.
- The theory side of your qualification would be conducted one-on-one in the workplace, with expert tuition, by one of our amazing registered trainers.

On completion of your traineeship you would receive a nationally recognised **Certificate III in Business - BSB30120.**

**Learning on the job**:

- Develop confidence and expand on your customer service skills,
- Utilise your written, verbal and electronic communication,
- Become adept in time management, prioritising, and scheduling your workload.
- Be involved with invoicing, payments and accounts receivable duties,
- Assist with stocktakes and liaise with clients regarding required stock levels,
- Learn how to prepare and compose documentation with accuracy.
- Customer service experience and an eye for detail,
- The ability to work in a team environment and follow detailed instructions,
- A genuine desire and commitment to learn on-the-job, as a trainee,
- Drivers licence.

**Wage**:

- National Training Wage applies.

**What happens next?**
- Suitable applicants will be contacted via phone for an initial discussion regarding this traineeship and you may be asked to complete basic aptitude testing.
