**About the role**

The Assistant Development Manager is responsible for assisting the planning, coordination and administration of various projects within the Capital Project team.

Based in our Kenmore head office, this exciting, newly created role will support the team in the preparation and tracking of project financial feasibilities, budgets and costings.

Your days will be varied, however, your core duties will include:

- Managing administration and accounting for capital project operations, supporting monthly finance and reporting commitments;
- Coordinating the research and marketing for potential sites feasibilities, analysing and providing reporting on collated data;
- Stakeholder management encompassing preparing agendas for meetings and recording accurate minutes and action lists;
- Supporting the Project Managers with project contract formation, delivery administration, project and due diligence reports.

You have highly developed skills in time management and attention to detail, in addition to strong communication and interpersonal skills. You are able to multi-task, demonstrate initiative, exercise honesty and discretion and are able to work well under pressure.

You bring energy, passion and experience to the table, and you want to work with an organisation who truly makes a difference in the community.

Ideally your experience and qualifications include:

- Bachelor in Property Economics Degree or currently studying within the degree;
- Estate Master Feasibility modelling and/or Development Manager Package;
- Current drivers’ licence and use of personal vehicle;
- Two years industry experience, ideally within a multi-disciplinary environment, with proven abilities coordinating the development, design, construction and marketing/sales of projects.
