About Monaro Timber & Joinery
We sell flooring, decking and other off-the-shelf timber products as well as the custom timber components (bench tops, doors and treads etc) which are fabricated onsite for our trade and retail customers. We are looking for a driven and motivated Sales Representative to help our customers select the right products for them in our Queanbeyan-based showroom and workshop.

The Role:
Reporting directly to the Operation’s Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Demonstrating world class customer service and sales skills
- Meeting and achieving sales targets
- Educating customers on the benefits of the products we offer
- Working as part of a team
- Liaising with suppliers, trades, large builders and small businesses
- Creating instant rapport and build relationships with customers
- Completing induction training to ensure all sales skills are delivered in a transparent, and ethical manner
- Presenting our products and thinking outside to box to meet each customers requirements
- You MUST have experience in Sales and be a true team player
- A proven track record of meeting and achieving targets in a fast pace environment
- The ability to provide 5 Star Customer Service 100% of the time both face to face and over the phone
- any experience with flooring or timber products is a huge advantage

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus
- Commission
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
