**About the role**:
**_*_**_Permanent or Casual_**_ opportunity to join our Administration team at our _**_Christie Downs_**_ site*_**

**_*_**_Expressions of interest for a permanent or casual role_**_ at our _**_Croydon Park or St Peters site_**_.*_**

These customer-facing roles are important for St Basil’s, with the expectation that the successful incumbents will truly model our values of courtesy and kindness. Our Administration Team Members interact with staff, management, visitors and most importantly residents. Experienced in administration and reception, you will have the opportunity to be part of a multi-disciplinary team, committed to building a culture of continuous improvement in the workplace.
- Must be available on weekends / public holidays
- May also be required to support leave coverage across our three sites Croydon Park, St Peters and Christies Downs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Effective provision of reception and general office administration services to the site
- Ensure a high standard of customer service by promptly responding to telephone and personal enquiries, in a courteous and professional manner, screening and diverting as needed
- Maintain professional presentation of the main reception area
- Screen and guide family members when they arrive on-site
- Liaise with family members
- Other projects/administration tasks as directed.

- Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs
- Sound organisation and time management skills
- Good documentation skills
- Ability to problem solve and work independently to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
- COVID and seasonal influenza vaccination status (vaccinated or non vaccinated).

**your preferred site to work at (Christie Downs, St Peters or Croydon Park)**, and what your availability is Monday to Sunday.

Willingness to work and support across all 3 sites will be highly regarded.
