**THE ROLE**

We are on the hunt for an energetic, passionate, and inspiring Student Experience (Events) Managers with either a community or events background to join a team of successful legends.

Student Experience (Events) Managers have primary responsibility for delivering and executing the Scape Student Experience Program, tasked with delivering a diverse range of innovative events and experiences tailored to enrich the lives of our student residents. They take the lead in designing and delivering a variety of diverse initiatives designed to foster a vibrant community atmosphere and facilitate connections among our student residents within Scape.

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Student Experience (Events) Managers, with big ideas and a drive for success.

You will have the following skills, attributes, and experiences:

- Degree qualified and at least 2 years’ experience in an event management role.
- Demonstrated affinity with students and young adults
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to relate to people from diverse backgrounds.
- Leadership and supervisory experience and skills.
- Exceptional customer service including conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
- A focus on service and quality with the passion to deliver outstanding experiences.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise a range of tasks.
