**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Partnerncare are looking for enthusiastic passionate support workers that can be part of a great organization that can assist our participant to achieve their life goals and teach new skills. Come and be part of a great organization that really supports our support workers.

We are currently looking at hiring Mental health support workers expericened in participants that have AOD abuse (Drug and alcohol), Upper ferntree gully.

As the newest member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing quality services and safeguards to our participants to promote opportunities for meaningful participation and active inclusion in society. But also building and assisting participants to achieve their goals and become independent so they can live a happy life.

A day in the life as a Disability Support Worker with PartnerNCare may see you supporting our participants with.

- Exprience with complex mental health behaviours

**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**

To be successful in this role, it is a requirement that you have:

- Current Police Check, Working with Children Check or NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current driver’s licence
- Car, registration and insurance
- Current First Aid and CPR training
- NDIS Orientation Module
- NDIS Infection Control Module
- cert 4 in disability or cert 4 in mental health
- Commitment to providing exceptional support **Great communication skills.**:

- Must be fully vaccinated

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.79 - $40.26 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates
- Performance bonus
