Assistant Retail Store Manager

We are looking for a dynamic 2IC to fit into our already wonderful team.

You will be responsible for implementing the vision of the Area Manager and assisting, supporting and overseeing the daily operations at our Sunshine Coast branches.

What we are looking for
- Experience with supervising, inspiring and leading a team
- An understanding of running a successful business with a proven track record to achieve beyond personal and store sales targets
- Demonstrated exceptional customer service experience
- A passion for merchandising and stock management whilst thriving in a busy sales environment
- Demonstrated ability of coaching staff
- Experience in workwear, clothing or footwear is advantageous
- Must be a team player
- Have attention to detail and to multi-task
- Weekend work on a rotating roster and fill in, is a must

Responsibilities of Store 2IC, however not limited to
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to drive the store and Team Members to achieve targets
- Lead by example in creating exceptional customer service experiences
- Maintain the company culture in your team and ensure you are fully staffed at all times whilst remaining within budget
- Coach and train Team Members to become top performers
- Providing high standards of stock management and shrinkage control
- Ordering and receiving all stock to ensure stock levels are correct and within budget
- Merchandise to showcase our range of products

- Assistant manager duties: 1 year (preferred)
- Inventory control: 1 year (preferred)
