**About the Role**

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Team Members to join our growing team. Our Hosts/Hostesses play a vital role in maintaining our properties by ensuring they are cleaned and presented impeccably for each guest. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work in a supportive and friendly team environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform cleaning duties across a variety of short-stay properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces and outdoor areas.
- Manage linen changes and ensure all items are clean, fresh, and neatly presented.
- Bed Making.
- Inspect properties to ensure they meet our high cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Restock cleaning supplies and property essentials with provided supplies.
- Assist in warehouse operations, including laundering, packing, and restocking linen and cleaning supplies.
- Report maintenance issues or property damages to management.
- Set up properties to ensure they are guest-ready, including staging and adding final touches.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Prior cleaning experience is a bonus but not essential - training is provided.
- A strong eye for detail and pride in your work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude.
- Must have access to reliable transport.
- Able to provide a current police check or willingness to obtain one.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: From $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
- Quarterly bonus

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
