**What you'll do
- Implementation of effective risk management processes to ensure SIWE risks are identified
- Contribute to the Primary Connect SIWE governance program by conducting first line of defence audits and supporting close out of any gaps.
- Partnering with the Operational and SIWE team members to continually drive change and deliver Primary Connect’s strategic objectives.
- Promote safety values and implement safety, health and environment policies and systems to embed safety into the culture and ways of working
- Build and promote a team environment focused on working collaboratively to achieve team and DC objectives Adhere to, and enforce compliance with all legal obligations and requirements
**What you'll bring
- Sound experience and working knowledge of safety legislation, codes of practice and standards
- Experience with the development of documentation eg work instructions, SOP’s and processes
- Good analysis and problem solving skills / analysing trends and numerical skills
- Experience working within a hands on Safety role Diploma or equivalent formal qualifications in WHS or related**What you’ll experience
