**About the Role**

**Wholesale Sales**
- Maximizing sales revenue and achieving seasonal budgets and KPI's
- Identifying potential customers and help create business opportunities
- Developing and building strong client relationships to continue revenue growth
- Researching and reviewing the market including competitor activity, and trend analysis to maximize sales
- Providing feedback to the product team regarding suggestions on range/sell performance and other general product and sales opportunities
- Creating and implementing strategic plans for overall brand and client base growth
- Advise general marketing strategies and product launches for DOGUE Design including social media, EDMs, influencer marketing, media and general advertising
- Support the launch of new products online including updating and maintaining the DOGUE design website
- Analyse & present key sales metrics to increase sales and make product decisions
- Ensure DOGUE design stock levels are adequate
- Attend tradeshows and assist with events showcasing the DOGUE Design range
- Brand advocate - you love what we do and want to represent it to others in a really quality way

**Product development & Logistics**
- Identify opportunities for new products and how they meet customer needs including assessing market competition and current/future trends
- Support the design project management processes and procedures
- Consult with key stakeholders such as, Corporate Store Managers, Franchisees
- Analyse and set recommended mark-up, margin and selling price for all products (current and future)
- Examine, select, order and purchase at favourable price consistent with quality, quantity and specification requirements
- Liaising with third party freight and logistics companies for the appropriate freighting of goods and ensuring efficient cost-effective delivery
- Liaise with the warehouse to ensure timely fulfilment of orders
- Assist in communicating with current manufacturers and sourcing new manufacturers

**About You**

You will be the first point of contact for many new DOGUE clients, and you could have a big impact on our growth. We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individual with a flair for sales to come and make a difference to our team.

You will have:

- A minimum of 2 year’s experience in a sales/brand representative role and/or an Account Manager background
- A positive and energetic attitude with a passion for the dog industry
- Extensive experience in Cin7 software
- An understanding of the domestic retail market
- The flexibility to travel across NSW and interstate when required
- Full Driver's License is essential
- Proven experience in increasing and optimizing sales along with a strong focus on figures
- The ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast-paced autonomous environment
- A strong work ethic and the ability to work under pressure and multi-task
- Strong interpersonal skills and presentation
