About the role
- Located at our Caloundra, QLD site
- Permanent Full time role, Monday to Friday roster + 2 x Saturdays per month
- 13.5% superannuation + overtime rates paid for any extra hours worked (overtime accrued daily, not after 38 hours)

**Responsibilities**:
Your key responsibility in this exciting career opportunity as a Production Officer with Holcim will be to ensure the mixing, inspection and delivery of premixed concrete is carried out in a manner which promotes quality and reliability of the product. Detailed responsibilities include:

- Yard work - Including loading/staging stock using a front-end loader, batching concrete, customer service and general housekeeping
- Reviewing orders for the day
- Use of multiple computer systems to batch concrete
- Helping to maintain safety, quality and environmental systems

About you
- Experience in batching and batch systems is desirable
- Current drivers license (shift times may start before public transport commences)
- Strong commitment to safety, health & environmental responsibilities
- Front end loader ticket and experience is desirable
