**About the Role**

We are currently looking for multiple experienced Plant Operators to join the WEM Civil team. We have a strong portfolio of works with multiple projects underway across Sydney's Northwest and Southwest, Hunter and Illawarra regions.

These positions require a sound working knowledge of the operations of Compactors, Scrapers, Excavators, Pavement Rollers and the construction of Bulk Earthworks projects.

**The requirements of this position are**:

- Demonstrated experience in plant operations
- A valid Construction White Card
- A valid Drivers' Licence, with the ability to travel across sites
- Ability to undertake daily required servicing of machinery
- Working safely and complying with all site safety standards
