**About the role**
Fantastic opportunity to join one of Australia's leading retailers Our client are seeking an automation specialist with a passion for 'shift left'. You will be joining their existing end to end testing team as they transform their legacy systems.

**Duties**
- Establishing a shift left mindset within the team
- Engage with software engineers to embed quality in all stages of development
- Understand CI/CD pipelines and how they relate to testing at different stages of the pipeline

**Skills and Experience**
- Experience testing in shift left mindset
- Experience testing in transformation or migration projects
- Experience coaching other testers / growing out a team
- .Net (preferred but not mandatory)
- Developer background (preferred but not mandatory)
