This opportunity will have you working alongside an experienced Senior Property Manager and assist build a portfolio in the most prestigious North Shore suburbs. **What will you be doing in this role**:
Working alongside the Senior Property Manager, you will support them with everything from scheduling and carrying out routine inspections, managing and responding to inquiries and liaising with tenants. This role offers a phenomenal training platform to begin a successful, long-term career within the real estate industry, which rewarding bonuses.
- Schedule and carry out routine inspections.
- Mid-week and Saturday leasing inspections.
- Advertise vacant properties.
- Manage tenant inquiries.
- Arrange for holding deposits to be paid.
- Manage key hand over.
- Liaise with tenants.
- Arrange access to properties.
- Complete Ingoing and outgoing inspections.
- A current Certificate of Registration.
- A reliable car and a drivers license.
- Flexibility to work Saturdays.
- Strong customer service skills.
- A can do attitude and the willingness to be trained.
- A passion for the real estate industry.
- A good knowledge of the North Shore and its amenities.
- Professional presentation and confident communication skills
