Yes Hospitality Group is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join its team. The manager will be responsible for managing and leading the housekeeping team and complying with YHG's standards.

**About the Role**
- Ensure that the team is cleaning and maintaining the guest rooms and hotel common areas to YHG's highest standards
- Maintain the day-to-day supervision of the entire housekeeping team
- Drive the productivity, motivation and development of all Housekeeping Team Members
- Ensure high cleanliness and productivity standards are met and kept in accordance to company guidelines
- Ensure appropriate chemical safety and Occupational Health & Safety standards and practices are maintained
- Ability to train new staffs
- Manage the housekeeping finances and work in accordance with the budget
- Plan and manage the employees' rosters
- Inspect guest rooms to ensure that the standards are met and maintained
- Oversee that staff are complying with the workplace health and safety procedures
- Other duties as required

**About you**:

- Minimum 1 year experience in the above position
- Speaks English fluently
- Good problem solver
- Strong leadership skills
- A hands-on approach to work
- Good time management skills
- Be available during weekends (preferred)
