**Responsibilities**:
As a Draftsperson at Dornford Building Group, you will:
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Collaborate closely with builders and project managers to understand project objectives and deliver design solutions that align with client needs.
- Provide insights and suggestions to enhance design feasibility, functionality, and aesthetics.
- Conduct site visits to gather relevant information and ensure accurate representation in drawings.
- Utilise industry-standard design software to create precise and visually appealing drawings.
- Maintain organised records of project documents, revisions, and versions.
**Qualifications**:
To excel in this role, you should have:
- A degree or diploma in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Previous experience in architectural drafting or a related role is preferred.
