**Overall purpose of the role**

A rare yet fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant Manager to join us and lead our team located at one of our prestigious schools in Geelong.

**_ The Position _**
- Must be fully available, combination of early starts, late finishes and weekends required.

**The Person**
- Experience in a Hospitality management position.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner.
- Hold a current WWVP or ability to obtain.
- Strong communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong Administrative skills

**Key Duties**
- Running events, handling end to end function inquiries and overseeing the service.
- Lead and manage a team, demonstrating team building.
- Ensure administrative tasks are complete.
