**About the role**
Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will lead and manage a team of 9 technicians with admin support. This role will eventually see this person come off the tools and assist in building up the workshop. Just Automotive Recruitment is assisting in the search for an experienced Workshop Manager to join and lead the team in Prestons, NSW

**Duties**
- Fast-paced and busy work environment

- Lead and manage a team of 9 technicians with admin support
- Manage daily operations of the service department
- Responsibility for department targets/KPIs
- Drive service and maximize profitability
- Key account management

**Skills and experience**
- Staff leadership and management experience
- Process-driven and strong customer service focus
- Strong communication skills
- Good people management skills
- Previous experience as a service manager, Trailer / Trucks, Light vehicles or Heavy Equipment background is ideal.
- Highly skilled and willing to step up are encouraged to apply.
- Run an efficient and productive workshop
