**_ The Opportunity?_**
As the result of current demands and with additional work scope ramp-ups expected throughout the remainder of 2023, **SIMPEC **has long-term opportunities for experienced **Advanced & Intermediate Riggers **to join our growing team.** **Working at our Kwinana based** CCL (Cockburn Cement) Upgrade Project**, these positions will work an ongoing Monday to Friday, 50-hour week.
The Greenfields** CCL Project **is significant for the WA economy and will showcase the latest technologies in cement production, with the plant featuring a lower carbon footprint with CO2 emissions projected to reduce by up to 20% compared to existing operations.
**_ The Details?_**
- Immediate start, with at least 12 months of work
- A Monday to Friday work week - 50 hours including rostered overtime
- 6.00 am start - 4.30 pm finish
Great site conditions, rates and allowances include but are not limited to:
- $41.61 per hour with penalties
- $17.43 per day travel allowance
- $2.50 per hour (flat) Project Incentive Payment (PIP)
- 1.75 ordinary hours per week severance
**_ About You?_**
- Always lead by example with respect to health and safety on site, contributing and complying with all site safety initiatives and procedures, and embracing the SIMPEC SIMSafe culture framework.
- Experience working as an Advanced or Intermediate Rigger on a steel erection construction project within the resources industry.
- Hold a Construction Card (WA White Card)
- Hold a HRWL with Elevated Work Platform (EWP), as well as a valid Working at Heights (within the last 2 years)
- Build positive and productive working relationships with your colleagues and other relevant stakeholders.
- Strongly demonstrate and support the SIMPEC core values.
