Pathology Operations Coordinator

Due to our continuing growth, we’re searching for a full time Pathology Operations Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane.
In addition, the responsibilities of our pathology team include participating in training and education opportunities for veterinary clients, participating in internal and external quality control programs within the national laboratory network and contributing to the continuous quality improvement processes.
What you can expect
Your day will be spent coordinating an efficient, effective, comprehensive, and timely veterinary pathology service with diagnostic clinical pathology evaluations, interpretations and follow-up consultation. You will have access to the very latest high-resolution digital pathology solutions to enable you to collaborate easily with your IDEXX colleagues throughout the country and the world.
Preferably administration qualifications (TAFE/University), specialist degree in a relevant field, or tertiary qualifications in Science/animal health.
**Experience**: 2+ years in cytology/histology, solid knowledge of veterinary pathology principles and methodologies.
**Skills/Knowledge**: Strong oral/written communication, interpersonal skills, adept in team/independent work, handles clinical pressure, service-oriented, proficient in system navigation.
