**Job Description**:

- Co-ordinate crew and equipment movement for various crews and clients in the Cooper Basin area.
- Ensure immediate and effective reporting of all non-compliance, lost time and hazardous situations.
- Co-ordinate maintenance of facilities and equipment in a safe operating condition and ensure adequate follow up and preventative measures and procedures are put into place.
- Perform quality assurance on all crew daily reports for all Cooper Basin Clients.
- Review client programs prior to distribution to relevant crews for execution
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly checklist procedures are submitted.
- Complete and submit necessary operations paperwork in a timely, accurate manner.
- Ensure effective handovers to opposite shift and Ops Manager.
- Recommend and discuss cost effective changes to systems/ processes/equipment as necessary.
- Ensure crew competency and assist with necessary training
- Maintain records and the appropriate backup for all data.

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience with Well Services - 10+ years
- Holder of all relevant tickets and licenses
- Experience with coordination of equipment and crews
