**About the Role**
Are you ready to take on a proactive role in ensuring the security of a leading bank's information systems and assets? As a Cyber Security Threat Analyst reporting to the Team Lead of the Cyber Threat Management Team (CTM), you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of our bank's crucial data.

Your key responsibilities will be as per below:
Threat Hunting:

- Engage in Threat Hunting using Threat Intelligence and Hypothesis-Driven methods.
- Generate insightful Risk reports based on Threat Hunts.
- Collaborate with teams, including Cyber Integration & Automation, to streamline monitoring and alerting processes.
- Contribute to advancing the maturity level of Threat Hunting.
- Shape the strategic direction of Threat Hunting initiatives.

Threat Intel:

- Collect, process, and analyze cyber threat intelligence from diverse sources promptly.
- Utilize threat intel frameworks to craft relevant, actionable, risk-focused intelligence reports.
- Analyze data from Cyber Controls, Systems, and Incident Response for insightful reports.
- Assist in maintaining Threat Intelligence platforms and enhancing Dark Web monitoring capabilities.
- Contribute to maintaining a Cyber Threat Intelligence collection management process.
- Participate in opportunities to share Threat Intelligence.

Incident Response:

- Respond promptly to Cyber Internal Investigations.
- Govern and Report on the Cyber Incident Response process.
- Develop Simulations and Table-Top Exercises to test and enhance Incident Response procedures.
- Assist in responding to High Severity security incidents.

Cyber Detection and Response:

- Drive continuous improvement and maturity uplift of Cyber Security solutions.
- Develop and maintain an understanding of Cyber Security industry issues and trends, especially in cyber threats, legal and regulatory compliance in various IT service delivery environments.

**About you**
- 1-3 years of experience in Cyber Incident Response or Threat Management (detect, respond, and recover).
- Incident Response experience in on-prem, outsourced, and cloud-hosted IT service delivery environments.
- General knowledge and exposure (preferred) to Financial Services/Banking industry operations and services.
- Familiarity with Threat Hunting methodologies aligned with industry frameworks (e.g., MITRE ATT&CK).
- Background in cybersecurity intelligence gathering, cyber response, and cyber security concepts (networking, system security, cloud security).
- Understanding of intelligence collection sources and collection management.
- Exposure to the cyber threat landscape in the financial services industry, as well as tools and methodologies used by cybercriminals.
- Experience working with investigation teams, security operations, and engineering teams.
- Exposure to managing suppliers and service providers with strong commercial acumen.
