Residential Construction Supervisor

Our valued client is a custom builder of residential apartments and luxury homes based in the Adelaide CBD. They are looking to bring aboard an experienced and enthusiastic Residential Construction Supervisor to join their team.

**To be considered for the role you must have/obtain**
- Current supervisor’s license.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in construction industry
- Providing accurate construction costs and time schedule.
- Sound knowledge of the NCC (National Construction Code) and other relevant legislation relating to the construction industry.
- Qualification in Construction Management -or
- qualification in a recognized building trade with Supervisors Registration for General Building Work
- Working closely with clients, architects, engineers and site supervisors, and co-ordinating outside trade contractors, to meet installation schedules.
- Regularly reporting to management on all site project activities, variations, inspections, defects, delays and budget overruns.
- Maintaining a site photo log for completed project milestones.
- South Australian driver’s license.

**Responsibilities**
- Full project supervision from commencement through to completion
- Liaison with local council, arborist, architect, engineer, and exterior & interior designer.
- Communication with Project Manager &Group Director.
- Scheduling and reporting of work. Including monitoring and recording of daily activity to ensure works are progressing as scheduled. Providing status updates
- Managing materials ordering, including basic material take-offs/estimates
- Obtaining quotes from subcontractors.
- Implementing a safe on-site culture, including checking off and compliance with SWMS’s

Benefits including Fuel allowance and flexible working hours are also available. Renumeration is negotiable depending on level of experience and ability.

**Salary**: $58,772.68 - $118,085.56 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Adelaide CBD, SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
