Farm Administration Officer

As **Farm Administration Officer** you will be located at our Nildottie office. This position provides administrative support to the Farm Management Team.

**The duties of the position include**:

- General reception duties including managing internal and external calls, collection, distribution and dispatching of external and internal correspondence and courier deliveries
- Inducting visitors and customers to the office in accordance with WHS Policy and providing personal protection equipment when required
- Liaising with Farm Managers, Farm Director and Accounts Department regarding the collection of requisitions and entering data, ensuring invoices are processed, authorised and paid in a timely manner
- Performing stock takes and entering into the relevant operating system
- Performing immigration checks on Working Holiday Makers to ensure their rights to work in Australia
- Entering new employee personal details into Chris21 together with licensing, induction and training information
- Inducting new employees and following up training and assessment documentation from Farm Managers
- Maintain farm employee times and labour costs in the Kronos timekeeping system and perform weekly audits on labour accounts, leave taken and times for accuracy of data
- Minimum of three years’ experience in a varied administration role
- Sound computer and literacy skills
- Experience with PAM, MEX, Chris2 or Kronos is an advantage
- Demonstrated high standard of accuracy and efficiency
- A strong team focus and personal work ethic
- Understanding of Continuous Improvement, 5S an advantage
