**The Opportunity**
As a Digital Print Operator at our client's company, you will work with cutting-edge equipment, expand your expertise, and contribute to the success of diverse print projects from design to installation. Your key objectives will be to maintain high printing standards by operating various printing machinery, preparing files and managing print readiness, and ensuring efficient machine operation and maintenance. You will contribute to delivering exceptional quality, streamlining workflows, and resolving technical issues, all while working in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibility will be to operate large and grand format printers, flatbed printers, CNC Router, and laminating equipment, and perform all-round finishing tasks.

Using your proficiency in Adobe Suite, you will prepare files in Photoshop and utilize RIP software to ensure optimal print readiness. You will review job requirements and follow appropriate procedures for print preparation, managing file structures and storage effectively. Your understanding of industry print experience, within a production environment, will help streamline workflows and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

You will work both as part of a team and independently, ensuring that all print jobs are completed to the highest standards within tight deadlines. Your keen attention to detail and ability to handle pressure will play a crucial role in consistently delivering exceptional quality.

**About You**
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

- Demonstrated experience using Adobe Suite, with pre-press knowledge being beneficial.
- Experience with HP wide format, latex printers, Grande printers, Onyx RIP, Arizona, Colorado printers or Sauder G3, EFI is desirable.
- Strong understanding of file structures and effective file management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient computer literacy.
- High attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
- Ability to perform under the pressure of tight deadlines.
- A team player with a positive attitude.
- Keen eye for colour matching and print quality.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

Working hours are Monday to Thursday 9:00 am - 4:00 pm and Fridays 6.00 am - 3.00 pm.
