About the role
Evolution encourages innovation and has values where people are empowered to grow and succeed. The following is a general guide to the roles that can be undertaken by a graduate:
Fulfill the requirements of the Graduate Program, including attendance at all formal workshops and webinars, and completion of assignments and deliverables to the designated timeframe
Develop and maintain strong and supportive relationships with stakeholders to align with Evolutions Finance & Commercial initiatives.
Gain Evolution Mine Site Experience within the Finance & Commercial Function via site placement and exposure.
Provide support and assistance within Group Finance in a range of activities. This may include monthly management & quarterly ASX reporting, financial accounting, statutory report and shared services including the accounts payable process
Provide support and assistance within Group Commercial in a range of activities. This may include group tendering and procurement process, run a tender process, annual strategic and operational planning cycle
Group capital expenditure process and treasury operations
Provide support and assistance to our Site operations in a range of activities.
N.B. Should you successfully fulfill all requirements of the two-year Graduate Program, you will be offered a permanent role in the business.
About you
**It is also important that you have/can demonstrate**:
Qualifications in Commerce (Majoring in Finance), Business, Law, Economics or similar degree within the last 3 years
Demonstrated capability to coordinate numerous activities within a demanding environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Innovative skills and the ability to think outside the box
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
Strong attention to detail; with an eye for detail
