Located only 2km from where the legendary Kenworth trucks come off-line, Bayswater Truck Centre offers a great team environment, supporting the only OEM affiliated workshop in the region. You get to work on Australia's no.1 heavy truck, supported by factory training, a clean workshop with up to date tooling, equipment and parts support.
About the role
We have an opportunity for an enthusiastic and friendly Service Receptionist to join our dealership. This position will report to the Service Manager and provide administrative support to the service department.
As the first point of contact with our customers we are looking for someone who can interact promptly and professionally to provide a high level of service. This role would suit someone who thrives on being customer focused.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Promptly and professionally answer incoming calls and follow up customers
- Update customer information in the company’s Dealer Management System (DMS)
- Check and update repair order information

Skills & Experience
- 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar role is desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer aptitude in Excel and Word
- Good organisational skills
- Exceptional presentation
- Current drivers licence
