**The Firm**:
This is a highly regarded independent national law firm, known for its size and influence. Entrusted by companies, governments, and institutions to advocate for their commercial and legal concerns.

**About the role**:
Working with experienced partners and their team, your day to day responsibilities will include:

- collaborating closely with highly regarded Partners to deliver expert legal advice and representation;
- providing comprehensive legal counsel and guidance to clients, covering a wide spectrum of legal matters; and
- representing clients across diverse industries, tailoring legal strategies to meet their specific needs and objectives

**Skills/Experience**:
To be considered you will have:

- 2-5yrs PAE ideally from a mid tier or national firm;
- experience in providing Corporate Advisory services, specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets, with a particular emphasis on the mid-market sector; and
- the confidence to manage client relationships.
