The XapCare Partner role provides first level customer support for all Xap & CCS related requests, assisting the diagnosis and resolution on enquiries of work raised by centres & CSO; also assisting in creating and maintaining support documentation, reporting, continuous improvement of process and may participate in projects tasks.

A customer service first perspective is key to the success of this role - it requires a professional and energetic approach to customer care with a desire to continuously improve the way in which XapCare manages customer interactions.

**Your Impact**:
Be the first point of contact for all end user Xap & CCS issues and handling of Xap service requests (multi-channel inbound & outbound contacts)
Investigation, identification and troubleshooting of all Xap or CCS questions and problems.
Provide feedback within the team - to help meet customer satisfaction targets/objectives and customer service excellence.
Actively contribute in team meetings, share and record knowledge with colleagues to maximise knowledge retention within XapCare.
Work closely with the Team Leader to highlight operational risks, and areas for improvement.
Deliver ad hoc project tasks when required.

**You have**:
Possess a customer service solution focused mindset is essential as is impeccable written and oral communication skills.
Have sound technical skills and an in-depth knowledge of CCS.
Previous knowledge within a Childcare Management System ( QikKIds, Xap) is an advantage.
