**About the role**
We are looking for a learning and development professional with a passion for WHS.
You will be responsible for designing, planning, managing, implementing and evaluating Capability Development Strategy and associated WHS and wellbeing programs aligned to the People and Culture Strategy, and the TAFE NSW Strategic Plan.
**About You**
To succeed in this role, you’ll have a strong WHS background, ideally in Industrial and Psycho-social settings, to drive the enhancement of physical and psychological safety capabilities. In this role, your analytical expertise will be essential in identifying areas for improvement in WHS training needs for leaders and employees in respect of WHS assurance program priorities and wellbeing action plans.
In addition, you will have the following:
- Degree qualification in related field or equivalent industry experience or Certificate IV in Training and Assessment/progress in achieving the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or another relevant educational qualification and knowledge of competency-based training.
- Proven experience in supporting the development and implementation of learning and development programs.
