Supporting the Product Delivery team, the Product Support Officer will work cross-functionally to drive new product development and product change initiatives and deliveries through the output of high-level administrative support; spanning the nib brand, corporate health business and white label partner brands and Payer to Partner.

More specifically you will:
- Support frontline employees by ensuring Product Catalogue, Knowledge Hub and Operational Updates contain timely and accurate information- Respond to product enquires and work collaboratively with Marketing and Digital to identify improvements and correct errors in product coverage- Investigate issues raised in product design, system delivery or conflicts in product intent and make recommendations to resolve- Act as the conduit between nib and client management teams to resolve any enquiries raised through the product inboxes, workplace posts or forums

Let’s talk about you

Ideally you have demonstrated experience in a role that has required you to manage multiple stakeholder requests within a complex and fast paced environment. You have the ability to think laterally ‘outside the square’ to identify opportunities for improvement and have a flexible and positive work approach.

You are comfortable leveraging your written and verbal communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels and possess highly developed time management, organisational skills and be experienced in Microsoft Office suite of tools.
