**About the Opportunity**
- Join our team as a Garden Services Officer and become a ‘green thumb’ of providing general gardening and grounds maintenance services across our independent retirement villages and corporate sites. You will be delivering exceptional service to residents who live in our independent living retirement villages.**About You**

You are flexible, able to work as part of a team, and enjoy working outside.

You'll demonstrate initiative and discretion in carefully evaluating and resolving resident complaints while implementing effective, tailored responses and solutions.

Your commitment is to craft remarkable service experiences, embodying initiative and discretion in handling resident complaints, while fostering independence for older individuals.

You are kind, even when a bit stressed out, dynamic and energetic. You are also flexible and adaptable to change.

You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.
