**About the role**

We are looking for people to join our teams who have a positive attitude, a hardworking spirit, and the willingness to learn. You'll need a passion for coffee, food, and exceptional customer service

We are recruiting for our **bp Auburn store with the following shift times available**:
**5am - 11am across 7 days**

Our stores are open every day of the week 24/7 (including weekends and public holidays). It is important that you can get to and from work safely, so you do need access to reliable transport.

**What you will be doing**
- Delivering above customer expectation service for our valued customers
- Delivering the highest quality of Barista made coffee and made on site café products
- Ensuring our fresh food cabinets are always full of fresh quality products, baking throughout the shift
- Complete sale transactions using the Point Of Sale.
- Maintaining site standards including cleanliness, merchandising and promotional displays
- Conduct activities in accordance with safety and operational procedures, on the forecourt and in-store
- Ongoing training as required to remain up to date on the latest learning

**What we need from you**
- Retail / Console experience in a fast-paced environment
- Barista experience a bonus
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer centric mindset
- The ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Well presented, strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work as part of a positive and close-knit team as well as thrive independently
- Expected to cover / swap shifts within the team and sites from time to time
- Able to work on public holidays as required including Christmas and Easter (our busiest days of the year)
