We are seeking a Clinical Support Specialist to join our growing team based in **Sydney**
- You will become an expert in Stryker surgical technology products, offering technical and clinical specialist expertise to both internal and external customers.
- You will have the opportunity to attend surgical procedures and provide hands-on assistance to hospital staff, ensuring the optimal use of Stryker products.
- Additionally you will support our Territory Managers with product presentations and training sessions, fostering customer engagement and contributing to the successful integration of our products.

**Responsibilities in the role**:

- Become an expert in Stryker Surgical Technology products and provide technical and clinical specialist expertise to new and existing customers
- Attend surgical procedures and assist surgeons and hospital staff in the effective use of Stryker products
- Utilize effective sales techniques to communicate product/service value and meet revenue targets
- Conduct in-service training and product demonstrations, supporting our Territory Managers

**Experience required**:

- Proven experience in either a clinical (nursing or theatre) environment, sales or within the medical device industry
- Proficient in comprehending technical information and articulating complex ideas
- Proven track record of building robust and trustworthy relationships with internal stakeholders and customers
- Highly adaptable to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities to tackle challenges effectively and find creative solutions
