Little Blessings Early Learning Centre is a privately owned boutique long day care centre. We care for children aged six (6) weeks to six (6) years.

Our Centre is purpose built and designed to provide the highest possible standard of care and education for children. We believe that each child can reach their highest potential by providing them with the opportunity to learn, share, laugh and grow at their own rate.

We are looking for a enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the team in our Caringbah South child care centre. We are now looking to put together a team of passionate and motivated educators to join our community.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Hold a National Recognised Qualification in Children’s Services, ECT, Diploma/Cert III or currently studying towards your qualifications
- Have experience in the Early Childhood Industry
- Practical working knowledge and implementation of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework
- Have a positive and friendly attitude
- Demonstrate initiative and flexibility
- Have strong communications skills
- Be punctual and reliable
- Current First Aid and Working with Children Check
- Most importantly have the ability to have FUN and ENJOY your profession whilst maintaining the highest level of professionalism at all times

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

**Qualifications**:
Early Childhood Teacher/Diploma or Cert 111 of Early Childhood Education and Care

Emergency first aid response in an education and care setting certificate (Highly regarded)

**Experience**:

- Minimum 1 years' experience within the Early Childhood Sector

**Skills**:

- Confident when communicating with all levels of management.
- Working with children check
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Regulations and National Quality Standards
- Great written and verbal communication skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
