**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee end to end delivery of contract management for DFR
- Engage with service providers to maintain relationships, identify, and mitigate any risks to contract management and delivery of agreed services and evaluate performance
- Provide advice to stakeholders on contractual issues, potential solutions, and dispute resolution
- Oversight of key sub-contractors in the delivery of the contract
- Ensure high quality and timely advice is provided in accordance with contract frameworks, and all policies and processes.
- Analyse and report on contract performance, identifying opportunities for improvement
- Provide effective contract evaluation, feedback, and consultation to project management team and other project stakeholders.
- Creation and delivery of an audit and governance program to ensure contract delivery
- Negotiate, manage, and deliver contract variations and material S&Qs
- Create Monthly KPI and performance Reporting pack in accordance with the Contract
- Taking a lead role in solving contractual issues that may arise

**Profile**

**To be considered, you will have**:

- At least 5 years in contract management, audit/compliance, financial management - particularly in government environments.
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or commensurate experience in finance, project management or business management
- Sound knowledge of end-to-end contract management, preferably in government sector.
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating and managing complex contracts
- Customer-centric orientation, with demonstrated experience in providing high quality customer experiences
- Proven ability to be persuasive and influential in building relationships and collaborative partnerships with stakeholders both internally and externally
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, including the ability to manage budgets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills within commercial and government environments
- Ability to manage complex workflows and proactively manage risk
- Demonstrated adaptability in high tempo environments
- Strong risk management capability
