**The Role**

This is a full-time permanent position working 5 days, 38 hours per week.

**Dutis**:

- Assist with customer enquiries face to face and over the phone
- Sales of electrical goods at front counter
- Follow up and providing notification of outstanding orders
- Assisting with receipt and dispatch of products
- Pick/packing duties
- Stock management
- Assist and provide support to existing warehouse team when required

**Skills and Experience**
- Building or electrical knowledge (2 years plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- Provide outstanding customer service skills
- Wholesale or Trade experience is preferred (not essential)
