About the role

An exciting and rare opportunity has become available for motivated individuals based in Hobart who are approximately halfway through an API accredited Degree or those who may have already completed an API accredited Degree.

This role will assist qualified Valuers with a variety of tasks including in the field experience, assistance with quality valuation reports, providing excellent back-end support, client services, and general office administration.

About you
- At least 1.5 years into API accredited course or recently completed Bachelor of Business (Property) or equivalent
- Genuine interest in customer service and property valuations
- Confident verbal and written communication and report writing skills
- Experience in multitasking and prioritising workloads in high volume environments
- Proficiency and comfort with using Microsoft Office, web-based systems and learning new technology
- A positive and professional manner
- Current Driver’s license
