- We are currently seeking an OSHC Coordinator (Director of Learning) to lead our service in North Perth._

**OSHC Coordinator**:
The Director of Learning at KidsCo is responsible for supervising a team of educators, delivering quality and educational programs for children and prioritizing the safety and well-being of children our care.

You will collaborate with your educators and other Directors of Learning around the country to develop creative ideas for activities that will make the kids' jaws drop and keep them coming back for more.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and Manage the day-to-day operation of the centre and its services.
- Create a friendly, secure, stimulating and interactive learning environment
- Support the delivery of a high-quality curriculum and outcomes for each child in your room.
- Ensure the Centre is compliant with all the regulatory requirements listed in the National Regulations and National Quality Standards, with the focus to provide an excellent level of education and care to the children.
- Support and manage a team of casual educators that report to you.

**About You**
You are an energetic, passionate educator and leader, with experience gained in a similar education, childcare or management role. You are engaging and enthusiastic with experience to do things differently and challenge the status quo. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace a diverse range of responsibilities and love to be a part of a high performing team.
- Must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care or Diploma level qualification in the field of Childcare or Education.
- Current First Aid Certificate including Asthma and Anaphylaxis (or willing to obtain)
- Current Working with Children Check
- Excellent communication, influencing and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and changing environment
